The graduation examination for clinical medicine is an important session to know whether students master the basic theories, knowledge and clinical skills, to test the training effectiveness of clinical thinking and ability during the internship and to examine the clinical comprehensive ability of interns. The relevant issues about graduation examination shall be notified as follows:

The admission for graduation examination

Students who are under any of the following situations are not eligible to take part in the graduation examination:

Those who get punishment due to violate the disciplines or cause medical ethical problems during the internship.

Those who take medical practice without supervisors’ permission and caused medical accident.

Those who fail the rotation examination, and still failed the re-exam during internship.

Those who don’t finish writing the required copies of medical record punctually or reach the required score about medical record writing; falsely reported his/her medical record.

Those who don’t register punctually without approvals.

Appraisal plan of graduation examination

Patterns of graduation examination:

The graduation examination adopts theory examination. Each student has two chances to take graduation examination, and the higher mark/grade will be recorded as the valid result.

Contents of graduation examination:

This examination is a closed-book exam which is composed of 50 single-choice questions (including type A1, A2, A3, A4). The total score is 100. Students have 60 minutes to answer questions. The contents contains clinical practice and theoretical knowledge of internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics.

The evaluation of graduation examination:

The passing grade is 60, those who fails the exam if get less than 60.

Students who fail the graduation exam have only one chance to take re-exam before graduation. Those who still fail the reexam should obey the relevant regulations of International Student Status Regulations of GMU.

Arrangement of graduation examination

The graduation examination will be organized by Teaching Affairs’ Department, teachers from internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology departments in relevant teaching hospital make out the questions. The director of each department should check the paper before examination.

毕业考试实施方案的通知

各学院、2010级临床医学专业（留学生）全体本科学生：

临床医学专业毕业考试是了解学生基本理论、基本知识和基本技能的掌握情况，检验学生毕业实习临床思维和能力培养的效果，全面考核衡量医学生临床综合能力的重要环节。现将毕业考试的相关事项通知如下：

一、毕业考试准入

出现下列情况之一的学生不能如期参加毕业考试：

1．在实习期间发生医德医风问题或违反纪律，受到警告及以上处分者。

2．未经带教老师同意，发生医疗行为导致医疗事故者。

3．出科考试不及格，经重考仍不及格者。

4．在实习期间未完成规定的病历书写份数、虚报所写病历或书写病历评分不及格者。

5．未经批准不按时办理注册手续者。

二、毕业考试考核方案

1．毕业考试方式：

毕业考试采取理论考试方式，每位同学有两次考试机会，取成绩高的一次载册。

2．毕业考试考核内容：

采用闭卷形式统考，总分100分，考核时间为60分钟，题型为单项选择题（含A1、A2、A3、B1型题），题量为50题。考核内容为内、外、妇产、儿科学临床实践理论知识。

三、考试成绩处理

1．毕业考试成绩的评定

考试成绩60分为及格，低于60分为不及格。

2．毕业考试不及格者，可在毕业前给予安排重考一次。重考仍不及格者，按广州医科大学留学生学籍管理相关规定处理。

四、毕业考试的组织

由教务处统筹组织，各实习医院内科、外科、妇科、儿科的留学生带教老师中选派老师出题，各教研室主任审核后进行考试。

五、考试安排

（一）第一次考试

1、考试时间：2016年5月12日 （星期四）15:00-16:00

2、考试地点：越秀校区  12栋7C教室

（二）第二次考试

1、考试时间：2016年5月17日 （星期二）15:00-16:00
