The graduation examination for clinical medicine is an important link, which could understand the students’ mastered situation of basic theories, basic knowledge and clinical skills, and which could examine the achievement of graduate students in clinical thought and ability during the internship, and which is a comprehensive assessment of medical students' clinical capacity.
The admission for graduation examination
Students mentioned below will not be permitted to take part in the graduation examination:
Students receive warnings and other punishments due to medical ethics or breaches of disciplines during the internship.
Without the permissions of teachers， students’ medical malpractices which lead to medical accidents.
Students fail the internship exams, which still fail in the reexamination.
During the internship, Students could not finish the required medical records, and who fake the medical records or fail the writing assessments.
Students perform registration procedures not on time without any approvals.

Formats of the graduation examination:
The graduation examination adopts theory test methods. Each student will have two opportunities to pass it, and the higher score will be recorded in the report.
Contents of the graduation examination:
The exam will be a closed-book exam. The maximum score is 100. Time is 60 minutes. Types include multiple choices (include Type A1, A2, A3, B1). Contents include clinical practice and theoretical knowledge of internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics.
The processing of the examination results
The evaluation of the graduation examination:
The score 60 points and above is pass, and which below 60 is fail.
Students who fail the graduation exam can exam again for once before graduation. If they cannot pass the reexamination, relevant matters will be arranged according to related principles of the University’s student status management system.
The choose methods of the examiners of the graduation exam.
Under the Teaching Affairs Department's overall organization, the test paper will be designed by assigned teachers who are chosen from departments of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, and pediatrics in all teaching hospitals. The director of the each department will audit the paper before the exam.

本科毕业考试实施方案的通知
各学院、2011级临床医学专业（留学生）全体本科学生：
临床医学专业毕业考试是了解学生基本理论、基本知识和基本技能的掌握情况，检验学生毕业实习临床思维和能力培养的效果，全面考核衡量医学生临床综合能力的重要环节。现将毕业考试的相关事项通知如下：
一、毕业考试准入
出现下列情况之一的学生不能如期参加毕业考试：
1．在实习期间发生医德医风问题或违反纪律，受到警告及以上处分者。
2．未经带教老师同意，发生医疗行为导致医疗事故者。
3．出科考试不及格，经重考仍不及格者。
4．在实习期间未完成规定的病历书写份数、虚报所写病历或书写病历评分不及格者。
5．未经批准不按时办理注册手续者。
二、毕业考试考核方案
1．毕业考试方式：
毕业考试采取理论考试方式，每位同学有两次考试机会，取成绩高的一次载册。
2．毕业考试考核内容：
采用闭卷形式统考，总分100分，考核时间为60分钟，题型为单项选择题（含A1、A2、A3、B1型题），题量为50题。考核内容为内、外、妇产、儿科学临床实践理论知识。
三、考试成绩处理
1．毕业考试成绩的评定
考试成绩60分为及格，低于60分为不及格。
2．毕业考试不及格者，可在毕业前给予安排重考一次。重考仍不及格者，按广州医科大学学籍管理相关规定处理。
四、毕业考试的组织
教务处统筹组织，各实习医院从内科、外科、妇科、儿科留学生带教老师中选派老师出题，经各教研室主任审核组卷后进行考试。
五、考试时间
（一）第一次考试
1、考试时间：2017年5月12日 （星期五）15:00-16:00
2、考试地点：越秀校区 12栋3A教室
（二）第二次考试
1、考试时间：2017年5月19日 （星期五）15:00-16:00
2、考试地点：越秀校区 12栋3A教室
